Barrington Club is a carriage/coach home development within the planned Pelican Bay community. It’s bordered by the northern entrance of Pelican Bay Blvd., Tamiami Trail, and Oakmont Parkway. Barrington Club consists of 22 buildings, with 4 low rise condominium residences each containing living spaces from 1520 – 1660 square feet plus a private garage. Construction began in 1992 and was completed in 1994. One free-standing private home was added in 2000.

Barrington Club amenities include a pool with hot tub, clubhouse and grills. Various palms, gardenias, live oaks and more provide a verdant and shaded setting, bougainvillea adorns each condo building, and an extensively landscaped watercourse that runs through the heart of the development and features pools, waterfalls and fountains.
